How quickly will my advert go online?
Once we have received the job details and payment, we aim to get your advert online within 4 working hours.
How often and how will I receive my applications?
Your applications will be downloaded into your account every 30 mins, 24 hours a day. Just log into your account and any new applications will be there for you to review and action
What happens to the applications afterwards?
A copy will be kept in your online account with us, so that should your PC blow up or you somehow lose the details, you can always access them, no matter where you are (as long as you have a PC and internet access). Also, they are YOUR applicants so you can always revisit them at a later date should a similar vacancy arise. We do not use them for any other purpose.
How can you do it for just £299?
We have negotiated the very best, rock bottom rates with all the major online job boards, do not have flashy high street premises, high overheads or glossy brochures and try and do as much of the work online as possible.
How do you filter the results?
We have over 20 years recruitment experience between us, so using our skills and expertise and the requirements you tell us, we manually filter the results for you, meaning you only get the most relevant applications. Although of course, you will always be able to access every application (even the ones we have rejected) by using the filters on your job management page! The cost is the same.
Can you guarantee that it will work for me?
The short (and honest) answer is ‘No’. We cannot control the type of candidates that are available at present nationwide, but can assure you that if there are suitable applicants out there actively looking for your type of role, they won’t be able to miss your advert. As long as we make the role sound attractive and the remuneration package is competitive, you should have ample responses to choose from. To date our success rate is 100%. Not bad we think!
How and when do I pay?
We have to pay upfront for your adverts, so unfortunately, so do you. We accept all forms of payments i.e. debit and credit cards, cheque and BACS. All funds must be cleared before your advert goes live, so be sure to allow a few days for clearance if paying by cheque or BACS.
What happens if I change the spec after my advert has gone live?
Unfortunately we are not able to make amendments to live adverts, so you will need to purchase a completely new advert.
